Bug Fixes

• Improved stability and time synchronization.
• Client version check on the Server.
• Possibility of Banning people from the Server. (GameServer.ini file SteamID list)
• Character's name will now be displayed on the server list when you have a character created on the server.
• Changed how Latency is displayed, it shows numbers instead of a clock.
• Sun visual glitch where it would glow behind a planet, should be fixed.
• Improved save timer on server. Should not crash the server anymore.
• Added extra details on server banner on console.
