CARGO PANEL

• Double Click a resource to transfer all quantity, this works with Refinary and Fabricator resource containers, also canisters (experimental).
• Refinary will now display NO POWER in the Refine button when the module is OFFLINE.

• Fixed The chairs, should work as intended.
• Fixed the other player not visible or not moving, might have issues going out or inside.
• Fixed the Tips showing up on helmet until adding a charged battery, now it should respect the settings.
• Fixed dropdowns in the Settings menu, Tiers in F2 and Fabrication menu.
• Fixed the Latency Counter, should display valid numbers now.
• Fixed Nameplates on Doors, they should now behave as they should (new spawns only).
• Fixed The 10000% glitch in the HUD 3.
